Spring before the snow

This is what I have mostly been seeing on the Moss today:

• Skylarks singing,
• Meadow pipits dispalying
• Frogs spawn everywhere
• Cotton grass flowers just starting to come out
• Curlews bubbling away in the fields
• Common gulls on the pools by the boardwalk
  

Good for the soul and all good reasons to visit Flanders Moss NNR boardwalk over Easter.
